The Steadings Auchteralyth (House) -
Spacious house on two levels with 4 bedrooms. Magnificent views.
The house is incredibly comfortable with underfloor heating, wood burning stove,
a four oven Aga, Jacuzzi bath (master bedroom), en suite bathroom for all bedrooms,
and a large gallery for dancing, dining, meetings).
The house sits in an elevated position looking across fields towards a magnificent view at the border of the counties of Angus and Perthshire, near the charming town of Alyth. It is surrounded by 6 acres of land including landscape gardens and paddocks and a large "potager" supplying the house with its own vegetables. Our Blackrock hens provide delicious eggs for breakfast. Dogs and their well behaved mum and dad are very welcome ( a maximum of three) and they can be left of lead within the ground as long as they are supervised.
